At release, this Shiraz is a dark red colour with ruby red hues. On the nose the wine dispays dark plum, redcurrant and red cherry fruits along with subtle chocolate and a touch of oak derived spice. The palate is plump & generous with ripe fruit characters of plum, cherry and redcurrant. Mocha coffee and subtle aniseed characters are also present along with vanillan oak to balance the fruit flavours. The wine is medium-bodied with a soft mid-palate & pleasing tannin structure. It is a well balanced wine with great texture, good length and enjoyable fruit flavours on the finish. The wine was matured in American oak for 12 months followed by fining, minimal filtration & bottling. Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar over a medium term under ideal conditions.

Impressive aromas of blackberry and ripe red berry fruit, with a touch of anise and subtle oak that adds vanilla and spice characters. The medium bodied palate is full of sweet fruit and ripe tannins. The multi-layered depth of flavour and texture, combined with a long lingering finish, provide this wine with wonderful drinkability.

Petaluma White Label Chardonnay is a bright, fruit forward wine. Subtle stone fruits and citrus on the nose combine with lovely creaminess and ripe melon on the palate. Mouth filling and complex now, it will reward medium term cellaring, filling out in bottle.

The Glenfiddich 12 Year Old bears all the hallmarks of our Speyside signature style, one that has made us the world's most awarded single malt. Pioneering the single malt category, the whisky is matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for at least 12 years before being uniquely married in oak tuns for up to nine months to develop exceptional harmony and complexity of flavour.

TASTING NOTES: A distinctive fresh and fruity nose with a hint of pear followed by a palate of butterscotch, cream, malt and a subtle oak.
