What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is $100 plus a delivery fee of $10. The delivery fee is added automatically when you reach the minimum order.
Can I change my order or time slot after I have placed my order?
No, at this stage you cannot change it yourself. If you contact the store on 02 9560 6721 or via email, we can add or remove products to your order and change your time slot if required.
I am O.K with most substitutions – Can I specify no substitutes on particular items?
Yes you can. On each product you can specify whether or not you would like a substitution and also leave a note for that product. See the photo below on how to do it.
