Wheat Flour, Sugar, Wheat Starch, Milk Solids, Buttermilk Powder (2%), Raising Agents (450, 500, 341), Whole Egg Powder, Salt, Natural Flavour (Milk).
Preparation Instructions
Delicious light and fluffy buttermilk pancakes ready in minutes, simply just add water, shake and cook. 1. Shake well to loosen dry mix. Remove cap. 2. Add 1 1/2 cups (375mL) water. 3. Replace cap tightly. Turn upside down and tap cap sharply on bench to loosen mix. 4. Shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes. 5. Pour approx. 60mL (1/4 cup) of batter into hot, lightly greased non-stick frying pan. 6. Cook over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Usage Instructions
Refrigerate remaining batter and use within 3 days. Shake well before use.
Storage Instructions
Store in cool, dry conditions at or below 25°C
