Ingredients

Onion (43%), Yoghurt (Water, MILK Powder, culture), Tomato Paste (11%), Sunflower Oil, Water, Butter, Garlic (4%), Ginger (2%), Ground and Whole Spices (2%), Rice flour, Cream (1%), Salt, Sugar, CASHEW NUTS, Chilli Powder.

Preparation Instructions

PREPARATION : cut the meat, fish/seafood or paneer into generous pieces. If you don't like whole spices,powder these in a pestle and mortar and add them in at the end of step 3, alternatively if left whole remove them with a spoon before serving. 1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add spices and cook for 20 seconds. 2. Add meat or paneer and brown lightly. Add the base sauce and simmer for 1-2 minutes 3. Stir in the main sauce and more delicate ingredients (i.e fish/seafood) and bring to a boil. Cook for 3-6 minutes or until the main ingredient is cooked through

Usage Instructions

3 simple steps: - Heat spices. - Add fresh ingredients and base. - Stir in sauce and simmer. Bits to buy: 250g skinless, boneless chicken or paneer, seafood, vegetables, lamb or pork. Storage Instructions
